Every human being feels a tough life challenges in the 21st century. To survive and succeed, everyone should follow and adapt to the changes;therefore there are 3 essential points that should be done-these are-learning, changing and creating business.
Learning is a vital point to prepare oneself with knowledge. Nevertheless, if you want to achieve the success, knowledge and certificate is not enough. Knowledge expand very fast; thus what you learned yesterday might not be applied today or tomorrow and you will be claimed as an old-fashioned person. Consequently, you must change if you want to succeed. Changing is not an easy thing; yet it is important and you should do it if you want to move forward.
What should we do to change? Changing relates to the way of thinking. We should start from ourselves, begin with small stuff and should be done from now on. By changing ourselves, we will be able to influence others to change themselves better. The more people who change, the larger network business will be developed.
Learning and changing are processes that we should do if we want to create a business. Without those two steps, the business you run will fail. Don't start learning and changing after you fail and get bankrupt! Even though you are a boss, you must keep learning so you can lead you company well.
There are 4 Factors that lead a person to failure: 1. Afraid. Most people have never achieved success;thus, they set up their own mind that achieving succes is hard and they are afraid of facing difficulties. 2. Lazy. 1% of key succes is intelligence, the rest 99% is dilligence. 3. Unknowledgeable. Bill gates once said,"In the economy era, knowledge is the main requirement to develope your succes. Unknowledgeable means inability. If our company is still not able to produce new products in 18 months, Microsoft will face failure. 4. Bad habit. Mislead, crazy and other bad habits will lead you to downfall.
One thing that should always be in your heart and mind is succes does not depend on age, education or a person's social background.Succes depend on your wise decision in this life.
